Adaptive Equipment
In order to borrow equipment from the Accessibility Center for Education, a student must provide the office with documentation verifying his/her disability. ACE provides equipment that is appropriate to each individual’s disability as determined by the ACE counselor or ACE director.
The STUDENT EQUIPMENT/BOOKS ON CD LOAN AGREEMENT form located on the ACE site must be completed in order to borrow equipment or CDs. Equipment is loaned for the semester. It MUST be returned to the ACE office at the end of the semester unless prior arrangements are made. The student is responsible for the care of the equipment, and it is expected that the equipment borrowed will be returned to the ACE office in the same condition that it was loaned.
