Testing PhotoTest Accommodations

Test accommodations, including arrangement, proctoring, and administration of tests, are available for students who qualify for this service as defined in Title V Regulations, Section 56002.

Student's Responsibilities

Fill out a Test Accommodations Request Form.

Pick up a Testing Accommodation Request blue form. Blue form is to be filled out by the student and the instructor.

Bring the blue form to the instructor and return the completed form to the ACE office so that test appointments can be scheduled. Blue form must be in our office one week prior to 1st test.

Provide the ACE office with all test/exam/quiz dates at least five days prior to the scheduled test date.

Show up on time to all scheduled test appointments.

If you need to cancel your test appointment, contact the ACE office at least one day prior to the scheduled test.

Notify the ACE office in the event the class is dropped.

Note: Please remember that it is the responsibility of the student to return the blue form completed by the instructor to the ACE office. The ACE office does not hold the responsibility to track the blue form.
