Touch-tone Telephone Registration
Touch–tone system only available until Friday, August 22 for Fall registration.
Register ON or AFTER your assigned registration appointment time and date.
To use Touch-tone Registration/Payment you will need the following:
- Your student ID-this is an eight digit number (only the numbers after the “C” in your ID number)
- Your PIN-initially this will be your date of birth in MMDDYY format. You will be required to change it the first time you access the system. NOTE: Once you change your MyGWC password and your Touch-tone PIN, they will be different, so please make note of the change for future access.
- The term in which you wish to register/drop. The system will ask you to choose the college/term (example: Coastline Fall 2007, Golden West Fall 2007, or Orange Coast Fall 2007)
- Your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card
- Course Registration Number (CRN) for the courses you want to register/drop
