How to Access Pay Stubs, W-2s and Leave Balances Online

The Orange County Department of Education is pleased to announce the activation of our Employee Information System (E.I.S.).  This secure website is your single point of access to view your employee information online from home or at work.  The following information can be viewed:            

Time and Attendance system presents history as well as up-to-date leave balances for your sick leave and vacation. The information is presented in three views year-at-a-glance, month-at-a-glance (balances shown are as of the month displayed),  and balance detail.            

Pay Stubs can be viewed/downloaded and printed or saved. This feature is available only for those on Direct Deposit or Net Check.            

W2’s can be viewed for the current year by the end of January each year. W2 history is shown and allows for you to view/download and print or save.

To access this system, start a browser and enter the following URL:  https://eis.ocde.us/

1. Click on “Click here to begin”

2. Employee ID:  this is a 10-digit number comprised of our County District number (“90”) and the numeric part of your employee id number (EID) Ex. 9000001111 (10 digits, starting with “90” and ending with employee id #. (fill in with “0” between 90 and EID # to satisfy 10 digit requirement.

3. Initial Password: combination of the last 4 digits of your EID and the last  4 Digits of your Social Security Number. Ex. EID  1111 and SSN is 345678990, your password is 11118990.

4. You will immediately be prompted next with an Initial Security Setup screen. This allows the system to customize your security.  You will create a unique password, a secret question and answer to confirm your identity, and your e-mail address.  Once this is completed, an e-mail will be sent to confirm that your User ID is now active and ready for use.              

5. You can now login with your User ID and “new” password to view your employee information. A very user-friendly manual is available for you under the “HELP” tab. Our intent in offering this web site is to provide you with timely up-to-date information in an easy to use format.
