General Information/Requirements
A minimum ½” margin is required on ALL sides of your original. If you select pre-punched white paper a ¾” left and right margin is required. We cannot be responsible for text/graphics that are omitted during reproduction on originals that do not meet these requirements.
A phone number is requested for all work orders. If we have a question/problem with your job, it will be placed on hold until we are able to contact you via e-mail or phone.
To save our campus money, we encourage you to request white paper, printed on two-sides, whenever possible.
Electronic Submission
Download the Copy Request Form in PDF format.
When one of the Graphics staff members receives your e-mail, they will send you a reply. Please make sure that you read the reply—we may need to clarify something regarding your job. If we have not replied to your e-mail within one business hour, call us at extension 55085. Please help us to serve you better by:
- Making sure both of your attachments are pdf
- Only sending one job (to print) and one copy request form per e-mail
- If sending more than one e-mail, subjects need to be different to eliminate confusion
Walk-in/Drop-off Submission (hard copies)
Submit camera-ready originals on 8 ½ x 11” 20# white bond paper for reproduction. Please do not submit stapled, cut and pasted, taped, slick/semi-gloss, curled, odd-sized originals, or books/booklets. Dot-matrix print does not reproduce well. Please double-strike or submit a clear, photocopied original for reproduction.
If you request to have your job collated, all pages must be numbered unless your job is submitted electronically. A non-photo blue pencil is located on our front counter for your use (if you do not want page numbers to show on your copies). You may also purchase non-photo blue pencils at the GWC Bookstore.
All tests should be handed to one of the front office staff members. If there is no one available, you may place it in one of the red/white envelopes (provided at our front counter), prior to being dropped in our in-basket.
