There is a service charge of 6.5% of total transaction plus $.50
EXAMPLE: program fee $30.00 + $1.95 (6.5% service charge) + .50 = $32.45.
Note: Service charge is nonrefundable. Only Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
If paid online, a refund check will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.
Online registration service fee is non-refundable.
