Meridian exercise is a systematic series of exercises that help the mind and body to relax. Pulling and stretching motions of this exercise stimulates the meridian system of the body and facilitates the free flow of energy throughout the body. This exercise improves flexibility, messaging the internal organs, sending oxygen to all the body’s tissues, and enhancing state of serenity. Breathing deeply into certain postures affects the nervous and lymphatic system. It increases energy circulation and it improves strength. On a deeper level, it brings us into the present so that we fully receive what each moment has to offer and teach. This physical exercise aids the individual to recover his/her physical health as well as finding the spirituality within that leads to a successful person in the everyday world.
