Cooperative Work Experience


Cooperative Work Experience Education (CWE) is an academic program that offers students the opportunity to earn units of college credit while they are working on their job. The CWE Program assists you in applying what you have learned in the classroom to your job or internship, while adding valuable experience to your resume. Students will acquire on the job skills relating to their occupational goals and interests through the development and completion of learning objectives they establish with their supervisors. Units may be earned for part-time or full-time work, work-study, or an internship. To see if you qualify for the CWE Program, please visit our Program Requirements page.

Contacting the Cooperative Work Experience Office

The CWE office is located inside the Counseling Division, next to the Career and Employment Services Center.
