Disbursement Calendar 2011-2012
GWC will be disbursing all grant and loan funds electronically
Students must maintain active enrollment in six units at Golden West College for Student Loans, Cal Grants and FWS.
*Grants will be disbursed every Wednesday/Thursday following the first disbursement date for those who receive their award letters after August 26th for the fall semester.

The deadline to add or drop classes for Financial Aid for the fall semester is November 4, 2011. Awards will not be changed after this date. Under Title IV Refund Regulations - Students who withdraw from all classes prior to November 4st, may be required to pay back part of the financial aid you received.
Direct Loans for FALL ‘11: If all requirements are met, first time Golden West borrowers will be eligible for disbursement after September 28th. Continuing borrowers will be eligible for disbursement after September 15th.
