Library Orientation and Library Classroom Use Form

To schedule a Library Orientation or to use the Library Classroom (Rm. #251) for your class, please complete the following form. The Instruction Services Librarian will contact you to verify your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact the Instructional Services Librarian. Please Note: Orientations are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

Orientation Room Use Request
Date and Time The Library classroom (#251) closes at 8:30pm on Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm on Fridays, and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. If another orientation or room use is scheduled during our requested time, you will be asked to select another time or date.
