Prevent cavities and gum disease:
• Brush the correct way.
• Choose a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Replace toothbrush every 3 – 4 months.
• Brush your teeth at least twice a day
• Floss your teeth every day.
• Limit the amount of sweets you eat, and brush as soon as possible after eating.
• Have a check up every six months.
