- Orange Coast College will be hosting the 2nd Annual District-Wide Lavender celebration to honor the accomplishments of our LGBTQIA+ student graduates.
- All are welcome, and friends, staff, and faculty are encouraged to join in the celebration.

CCCD UMOJA/Black Student Scholar Celebration

- Golden West College will be hosting a District-Wide Umoja Celebration to honor the accomplishments of our students in the Umoja program.
- This year’s theme, “Uplifted and Unstoppable: Leveling Up with Legacy,” reflects the power of our students’ journeys—rooted in ancestral strength and driven by a vision for generational impact. Through spoken word, music, student recognitions, and community affirmations, we will celebrate not only academic success, but the legacy our scholars are building as they continue to rise.

Veteran End of Year Celebration & Scholarship Dinner

Location: Criminal Justice Multi-Purpose Room
- The Student Veteran End of Year Celebration Dinner will serve to honor our graduating student veterans, while allowing our current student veterans to have something to look forward to once they've accomplished their academic goals at GWC.
- The Assistance League of Huntington Beach will also be presenting their scholarships at this event.
- Overall, this event will help to create a sense of belonging and appreciation for our student veterans at the VRC and GWC.
