The Request for Proposal (RFPs) deadline has passed and submitted proposals are currently in review. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the RFPs submitted for the 2022-23 fiscal year.

The funding period is July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023

The SEAP office welcomes and encourages proposals from faculty, classified, and management in all disciplines with initiatives/projects intended to close equity gaps and address disproportionate impacted (DI) student populations at Golden West College. In order to be considered to receive Equity Funds, you must participate in this formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

All applications must be completed and submitted online by

12:00 noon on Thursday, February 28, 2022.

Need help completing the Request for Proposal? The SEAP Office will be hosting one-on-one Q & A sessions. This will be an opportunity to review the template and clarify any questions regarding the process. To schedule an appointment, please email equity@gwc.cccd.edu.

Research data requests must be submitted to the Office of Research, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness via their website: https://research.gwchb.net/

The Recruitment to Completion Committee (RCC) is charged with reviewing and rating all requests for proposals that seek funding from the Student Equity and Achievement Program.

Friday, May 13, 2022	College President finalizes allocations
Monday, May 16, 2022	RFP allocations & rationale are released
