Dual Enrollment Students
Dual Enrollment students who have a completed Dual Enrollment Consent Form will be automatically enrolled in approved dual enrollment course(s). Students do not need to log on and register themselves.
GWC will use the official roster from the HBUHSD or GGUSD high school to enroll students directly in the approved dual enrollment course once their consent form has been submitted. The consent form only needs to be submitted once while a student is in high school.
Please note that HBUHSD students taking GWC courses in the Spring 2022 or Summer 2022 terms will need to register themselves in the approved course(s) once their registration window opens, since they will be taking courses through Concurrent Enrollment. Concurrent Enrollment Students
Concurrent Enrollment students will need to log on to their MyGWC portal to register once their Special Part-Time High School Release Form has been processed. Students will receive an email notification with next steps once they are able to register. Email us at dualenrollment@gwc.cccd.edu if you have any questions.
