Language Arts Complex - Measure M:
The new Language Arts Complex project is nearly complete. Commissioning of the building, which involves running and testing the building controls and systems, will continue this week. Additional exterior signage and asphalt restoration/repair is forthcoming. Noise level will be minimal this week.
GenEd Bldg Demo Project - Campus and Measure M:
The demolition process of one of the remaining building and the surrounding area will be quiet this week due to rain delays. Expected demo completion is around the end of the spring semester, and the new landscaping is anticipated to be in place by the end of the summer break, all weather permitting. Construction vehicle activity will impact the parking lot near Auto Tech and the Native Garden, and the access road along Auto Tech, north of the site. Extra care should be taken along the access road. There is no pedestrian access within the construction fence. Noise level will be low to moderate for these activities.
