Dani Godinez
Instructional Associate
Dani is a first-generation college graduate with a degree in Psychology. She began her journey at Golden West College as a student and went on to become the first online tutor for Psychology, College Success, and Educational Technology courses. Now serving as an Instructional Associate in the Tutoring and Learning Center, she applies her education and experience to train tutors in evidence-based practices that strengthen academic support for the diverse student community at GWC.
Jeannette Jaramillo
Acting Academic Support Coordinator
Jeannette was a first-generation college student who attended community college and transferred to a university. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies Field from University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Public Policy from University of California, Irvine. Currently, Jeannette is the manager of the GWC Tutoring and Learning Center where she uses data informed decision-making and an equity lens to improve the academic resources provided to students.
Lori Schlosser
Administrative Assistant
With over 15 years of experience at the GWC Tutoring and Learning Center, Lori is passionate about helping college students thrive and build meaningful connections. She enjoys meeting new people and making a positive impact on their academic journeys.
A data dashboard is a visual analysis tool which allows for the management of data through graphs, charts and data tables. The Tutoring and Learning Center Data Dashboard integrates Accudemia logs and GWC databases to identify traffic, students served, and their course retention and success rates.
