In this Part 2 session, faculty will bring mid-semester feedback artifacts and analyze how student voice is shaping (or could shape) teaching and learning in their classes. We will explore examples and counterexamples of responsive teaching and examine how transparency builds trust, belonging, and equity. Participants will analyze themes in real mid-semester feedback, distinguish between reacting and responding, plan concrete instructional adjustments and clear communication strategies.
