The Regional Testing Center was established in 1992 based on a Community College Grant and now self-supporting.
The purpose of the Regional Testing Center (RTC) is to assist students with completing their educational goals of becoming a state Certified Nurse Assistant in a healthcare setting. RTC collaborates with educational facilities, and certifying boards to provide registration and scheduling for the Certified Nurse Examination in the State of California.
