ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE COURSE. STUDENTS NOT HAVING THE FORM WILL BE DROPPED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
